Endoscopy Technician
Department: Endoscopy
Status: On Call; potential to become full time in the future.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification and current BLS certification required. Two years CNA experience required; experience in endoscopy procedures preferred.
Summary: Assists RN and physician with invasive diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. Ensures room is adequately prepared for procedures. Cleans and sterilizes all reusable equipment. Monitors PAR levels of all endoscopic instruments and supplies.

Patient Registration Specialist
Department: Patient Registration
Status: Contingent. 0.13 FTE or 10 hours per pay period. Additional shifts as needed. May be required to work weekends and/or holidays.
Qualifications: High school diploma required. Superior communication and typing/computer skills required. Customer service experience required. Switchboard and healthcare experience preferred. Must be flexible and work well with others.
Summary: Greets and receives patients and visitors. Operates switchboard and office machines. Enters patient information into database. Pages staff and physicians. Assists departments, physicians and patients as needed. Works calmly and efficiently in emergency situations. Must be able to multitask while providing excellent customer service.

HIM Specialist

Qualifications: High school diploma required. Must be computer-literate, organized and dependable with superior communications skills. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task. Experience in a healthcare environment required, preferably in a clinic setting.
Summary: Assures that patient data is correctly entered into EMR.
Responsible for release of medical information to all requesters. Pulls files for physician. Responsible for maintaining security and confidentiality regulations for record access and review. Maintains a good working relationship with physicians and coworkers.

Maintenance/Safety Assistant 1
Department: Maintenance
Status: Contingent; 0.38 FTE or 30 hours per pay period.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; HVAC technician preferred. Must be computer literate and have building maintenance experience and the ability to use power tools and follow oral and written instructions.
Summary: Routinely tours buildings and grounds, mechanical rooms, boiler rooms, machine and equipment rooms. Periodically patrols entrances for security, locking and unlocking of doors. Performs light maintenance tasks.

Clinic Director

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Health or Business Administration required; Master’s preferred. 5 years progressive leadership experience in a clinic setting is required; knowledge of rural health and physician compensation models preferred. ACMPE certification a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Summary: The Clinic Director is a proven leader with a strong understanding of clinic operations, staffing and planning. This position will lead multiple clinics and facilitate success among the clinics’ staff, hospital and community. Excellent follow-through and a visible management style are crucial elements of success to the completion of projects assigned by the COO.
